Hello Ms. Loader

I'm loaded. By this, I mean that I loaded for three days. Yeah so I started following the diet and crashed. I read that it takes about three days for the hcg to get into your system anyway and start fighting fat. I thought I read that Simeon said to load for three days. Of course, this wasn't my plan I just screwed up. I would love to have everyone else's will power. So strong, yet so fierce. I pray to God for the strength. THE POWER! THE FORCE! LUKE! USE THE FORCE. Tomorrow is a new day. Please lawd, take away the hypglocemia, take away the aches, the nausea, the tired, the cramps, the blood, the hunger, the booty and the jiggles. I do not want to fail. Failure is not an option. I also don't want to end up in the ER like another fellow blogger for low electrolytes/gall baldder/potassium. I think I'll indulge with some vitamins. Gotta listen to my body. My body said eat a pizza and a box of icecream bars, so I did. Hey, I was just doing as I was told. God, I hope tomorrow is better. I don't want to throw in the towel yet.

Hang in there lady, You will be ok. My friend Gerrie didn't feel too well on her first VLCD but she decided to cut her doses to half and give herself the HCG twice a day instead of one. so you can try that also. Hope you feel better DON'T GIVE UP!

I think b's idea is really good, so you can give yourself your shot daily. Just really sterilize the needle with alcohol, it's usually not wise to use needle more than once.

Honey! You're having a tough time of it -- stick to your guns! I injected all through my TOMs and it made mine better - I don't think you've been on HCG long enough to have it affect your TOM.

I have low blood sugar -- surprisingly it's been fine on P2, as long as I make sure to get my protein in. Also, the first few days of doing HCG made me (and my friends who also did it) really cranky -- PMS cranky. That goes away.

Don't give up! You've just started. Everyday is a new day, OK

This is all normal. My first week (sometimes two) I am a raging freak-out. Really! I am tired, emotional spent and just plain in a bad mood. I promise when you start to see the scale move down, it will help get you through the emotional lows. In fact, I think I cried my entire first week of P1P2. YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS, WHAT YOU ARE DESCRIBING IS PERFECTLY NORMAL (FOR SOME OF US!).

You can do this!

LindsayLoo,
What I've learned is consistency. Try to eat the same amount of calories morning and night and drink the same amount of water or allowed beverages. AND DRINK A LOT. If you eat a lot of calories today, your body expects them tomorrow. If you don't drink enough fluids, your body stores water intake where it got rid of fat. If you drink enough, your body will release the water. If you can eat and drink correctly for a couple days in a row, it gets easier if not easy.

Also, feel free to start your day with the fruit, and then the other fruit, and grissini's if you have to. That's what I did and it helped. Don't eat more than one meal without 4 hours inbetween though, or you body expects a bigger meal, and in getting ready for it, you feel hungry.

And don't kick yourslef for falling off the horse. Just get back on it. Look ahead, not back.

Also, it looks like you have to break the sweets habit too. I'd suggest you go get zero calorie snacks. Candies, chocolates, whatever will work and keep those on hand. When you feel like snacking, snack on those. They will taste better than you remember. If you drank non-diet soda, get some diet soda too. It will taste better than you remember. This will help satisfy that craving and get you on the right path. Don't worry about doing it perfect. Ease into it of you need to. The idea is to do it long term and change your life.
I'll be praying.
Dan
