I don't like this idea of double dosing. I think it's too much for me. I am getting way to nauseated to the point where I feel like I'm going to throw up, really. Who came up with the double dosing idea? I'm going to call them today.

Why the double dose? If TOM is around its best to skip injections but let us know how it goes. Are you going through a clinic or on your own?
I'm going through Matrix Weight Loss. They said it was fine to continue shots during TOM. Yeah, so I listened to them and I've felt like crap. Not a great way to start the diet out.
